All Kerrville Triathlon participants are required to come through the Expo to pick up their race packets. Admission to the Expo is free and open to the public.

The Inn of the Hills hotel, the host hotel for the Kerrville Triathlon Festival, is located at the event site. It is in walking distance of the transition area and swim start. Special room rates are available.
