A refund, deferral, or transfer can only be requested up to the deadlines posted below. Requests cannot be processed for an event that has already taken place.
Refunds
- 50% refunds are available through May 25.
- Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded.
- Any merchandise purchased will be refunded.
- USAT one-day license cannot be refunded.
Deferral
If you registered for the upcoming event you may apply to defer your registration to next year’s event.
